Produced in Dominican Republic, this premium single-blended rum is distilled in both column and pot still using pure cane juice from non-imported varieties and all natural yeasts. It has been aged for 10 years in the tropics with an annual angel’s share of 6%, then matured in islay whisky casks, resulting in a deep brown color and a distinct aromatic profile, with bold peaty, smokey and savory notes. Unchill-filtered, no flavoring or coloring additives.
